These Terms of Service apply to homeserviceceo.co, info.homeserviceceo.co, and the content, events, programs and messages of Adam Diaz Consulting Group DBA Home Service CEO ("Home Service CEO," "we," "us," "our"). By using our websites or services, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our websites, submit our forms or enroll in our text messaging program.
Our worksheets, trainings, webinars, workshops, coaching calls and community posts are for educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice for your specific situation. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
We make no promise or guarantee that you will earn any amount of money or get any particular result. Any numbers we share are examples, or results from our own businesses, and are not typical or promised outcomes. Your results depend on your business, your market, your effort and many other factors.
Program description: Home Service CEO text messages. If you opt in, Adam Diaz Consulting Group DBA Home Service CEO will send text messages to the phone number you provide. Non-marketing messages include webinar and workshop registration confirmations, event reminders, account notices and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send messages about special offers, discounts and service updates. You can opt in to one type without the other.
How to opt in: by checking the text message consent box(es) on our form at info.homeserviceceo.co. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Cancel any time: you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (509) 581-6263 or reply STOP to any message. After you send "STOP," we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or reply "START," and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency: message frequency varies, depending on the events you register for and your interactions with us.
Rates: as always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Community memberships are sold and billed through our community platform at the price and plan shown at signup. Membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
All worksheets, videos, trainings and other materials belong to Home Service CEO. You may use them in your own business. You may not resell, publicly share or redistribute them without our written permission.
Be respectful. We may remove content or members that harass others, spam or break these terms.
To the extent allowed by law, Adam Diaz Consulting Group DBA Home Service CEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, arising from your use of our content or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
