This Privacy Policy explains how Adam Diaz Consulting Group DBA Home Service CEO ("Home Service CEO," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit homeserviceceo.co or info.homeserviceceo.co, fill out one of our forms, or receive our emails and text messages.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, trade, revenue range and anything else you enter in a form, scorecard, survey or registration page.
• Information collected automatically: pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you to our site, browser and device type, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use your information

• To send you what you asked for, such as worksheets, scorecard results, event details and replays.
• To run our webinars, workshops, programs and online community.
• To send you emails and, if you opt in, text messages about events you registered for, reminders, account notices and, if you separately agree, offers and updates.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To understand which pages work and to improve our content.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a box to receive text messages, we will text you at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and email/text messaging platform, our online community platform, payment processors and website analytics tools. • Text messages: reply STOP to any message.

Data security
